Our day of anticipation has finally arrived. For weeks now, it has looked as though Alex is laughing when he is smiling, but no sound is coming out. Well finally, at 9 weeks 5 days, he has made the connection. He was on the couch in his carseat after coming home from church yesterday. Natalie and William were arguing and tugging over a toy in front of him. He must of thought it was pretty ridiculous. All of a sudden, Alex just starts cracking up. I hope it is not an ongoing thing of Natalie and William's fighting making Alex laugh, but it did make them stop and laugh too because Alex was. What a great Mother's Day!
