Alex has hit his one month mark. What an absolute sweetie! He has been a pure delight. Alex is starting to "talk" and coo at things. Epsecially the blinds. He loves to lay on his back and stare at the blinds for a really-- long time. Alex is also beginning to smile at people. It is still very isolated cases, but we can tell he is beginning to make the person to person connection. Alex was sadly diagnosed with nasopharyngeal refulx today, but after having 3 other kids with reflux, we know that if it is treated, he will be much more comfortable and grow out of it eventually. Luckily for us, he does not spit outward. We are not changing outfits or burp cloths every 30minutes, but for Alex, the internal up and down action of his food hurts.We are hoping that he grows out of it sooner than later. :)
